Microsoft has acquired The Marsden Group. It is a British rapid prototyping company based in Texas. The details of the acquisition, such as the price, have not yet been revealed.

Omar Abbosh, corporate vice president of cross-industry solutions at Microsoft, announced the agreement in a blog post. He said the acquisition will help Microsoft create new customer value through experimentation. Also through deep industrial solutions based on the products of artificial intelligence, edge and cloud from Microsoft.

Marsden Group was already a Microsoft Gold Partner and works in the industrial, manufacturing and automotive sectors.
