Humanizza and Amatech Group (a technological business group formed by the consulting firm Nahitek Digital and Eurohelp Consulting), have among their priorities the objectives established by the World Health Organization (WHO) on the horizon of 2050.

How to measure the degree of humanization?

Among these objectives, the importance of humanizing geriatric residences and social health centers stands out. For this, a more centralized model is promoted where the user is placed in the center of attention, a model contrary to the healthcare model that has governed this type of center for a long time. All of them thanks to the development of HCertificate.

The HCertificate tool is a product of Humanizza Consulting SL led by Idoia García de Cortázar and developed by Nahitek Digital, a company belonging to the Amatech group. The project has been carried out, thanks to the support of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and Beaz, within the Program to Attract Projects to Bizkaia, the main objective of which is to attract talent, innovation and economic activity to the Territory.

Data that “humanizes”

By measuring and analyzing data, the centers that are the object of study are transformed into friendlier and more humane places.

To do this, through personalized surveys, HCertificate collects enough data to analyze the situation of each center that allows the preparation of statistics and reports that measure and accredit humanization. Through data collection, this tool strengthens the relationship of trust between users, family members and workers, creating more comfortable and warm places.

In 4 simple steps, this tool with free software technology offers a general X-ray of the center:

  1. Data Collect
  2. Interpretation of the same
  3. Elaboration of diagnosis
  4. Proposal for improvements

In a first stage User surveys are carried out in a personalized way that is used for the subsequent diagnosis of the humanization of the center; the second stage It involves interpreting these data by developing statistics and graphs that facilitate decision-making; on third place, a personalized diagnosis is made broken down by parameters, focused on the level of humanization that each center fulfills. The fourth and last stage It focuses on proposing improvements with an objective view in mind.

HCertificate is able to go further by measuring the degree of humanization of a center. Its objectives include the launching of an observatory of humanization trends at the national level; the detection of the needs to be covered and the promotion of participation and work in humanization among professionals, relatives and residents, generating trust in the relationship with the family and providing greater autonomy.
