For now Netflix leaves too many questions unresolved. Logic tells us that if they detect that the account is still being used away from home after using that temporary code, they could block access. At any given time, we may even fear that there may be a temporary or permanent blocking of the Netflix account. However, there is no evidence to support it and on Netflix they have not said that this mouth is mine either.
Things being like this, what is clear is that the platform is knowing how to solve the initial problems that this strategy raised and are already detecting those improper connections.
