Chrome wants you to try two experiments: continuous search and its card maker to share texts

Through the experimental functions of Chrome we can test the future news that Google is developing for your web browser before they reach the whole world. And among all those experiments there are two that the company wants us to test on our Android phones.

Google has announced that is testing new ways to browse and share through Chrome, thrown out two experiments in Chrome Beta that the company encourages us to activate them to see what we think to improve these two future news before they hit the stable release. The experiments are as follows:

The search continues

Google Chrome wants to improve the experience of its search engine by adding the continuous search, which allows us to continue searching without having to go back to the search results.

If we activate in Chrome Beta the flag # continuous-searchWhen clicking on a Google search result, we see how a new bar appears at the top with access to the rest of the search results. This allows us to jump from one result to another just by clicking on the results in the upper bar as tabs.

Your new cards to share the text of a web

Google Beta is also testing a new way to share website text. The experimental function # webnotes-stylize that we can activate from chrome: // flags allows us create cards for share a stylized image with selected text.

Chrome Cards

Once this experimental option is activated, when we select a text from a website and click on ‘share’, the new option will appear ‘Create card’. There Chrome will allow us to choose between 10 designs in which the font, text color and background of the card change.

Once the design of the card has been chosen, we can now copy the image or share the card directly from our favorite application, where in addition to the image it will also share the website link highlighting that same text.
